In XenRooms the company’s administrator invites people by their work email, blocks and removes them, manages any channel – name, topic, archive – and decides whether the team chats with other companies. Tools post into channels through webhooks in the Slack format.

- Invite people by work email; the invitation link is valid for seven days

Questions
Can an administrator rename any channel?
Yes. The company’s administrator renames, sets the topic of and archives any channel, including private ones they are not in, from the list of all channels.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
The administrator blocks or removes the person; they lose access to the chat at once. Their messages stay in the channels.
Can we keep the chat internal only?
Yes. One setting switches chat with other companies off; on-premise it can be off for good.
Can our tools post into XenRooms?
Yes, through incoming webhooks in the Slack format: tools that post into Slack can post into XenRooms with a new address.
