Questions
Is XenRooms a self-hosted Slack alternative?
Yes, as part of Xenaxio On-Premise: the team chat runs on your servers together with email, calendar, files and your own AI model. In the cloud, each company has its own chat server in Germany.
Can we self-host only the chat?
On-premise, XenRooms comes as part of Xenaxio; you can use only the chat in it. Ask us about your setup.
What do we need on-premise?
Linux with Docker; up to 25 people roughly 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 80 GB SSD. For your own AI model a GPU with 24 GB to start.
Can we move from the cloud to our servers later?
Yes. Start in our cloud and move later; we move the data for you.
Your team chat on a server of its own?
Free for up to 10 people, in a minute. For larger teams or your own servers we set up XenRooms for you.
