Questions
What is the best Slack alternative from Germany?
It depends on what you need. XenRooms is a team chat like Slack with a chat server of its own per company in Germany or on your servers, chat with other companies over Matrix and a free plan for up to ten people. Mattermost and Element are strong choices for self-hosting; the comparisons above say where each fits better.
Can XenRooms talk to Teams or Slack?
Not directly: Teams and Slack connect only within their own networks. XenRooms talks to any Matrix server, for example Element. Tools that post into Slack can post into XenRooms through Slack-format webhooks.
Your team chat on a server of its own?
Free for up to 10 people, in a minute. For larger teams or your own servers we set up XenRooms for you.
