## Questions about the plans

**Is XenRooms free?**

Yes, for up to 10 people: XenRooms Free has the whole chat with 5 GB for files and no time limit on the history, without the AI assistant. Sign up with your work email and your team chats a minute later. For more people, more space or the AI there is a paid plan; prices on request.

**How much does XenRooms cost?**

XenRooms Free: up to 10 people and 5 GB for files, without AI – sign up in a minute. More people, more space and the AI assistant: paid plan, prices on request. Included in Xenaxio.

**What happens when we need an eleventh person?**

Inviting more than 10 people needs the paid plan. Write to us through the request form; nothing is lost – the company, its channels and messages stay as they are.

**Why does chat with other companies start later in Free?**

To keep spam out of other companies’ chats: a new Free company chats with other companies after 7 days, or earlier once we have looked at it. Inside your team everything works from the first minute.

**What does “the chat server sleeps” mean?**

Every company has a chat server of its own. In Free it stops after 14 days in which nobody signed in, and starts again when someone signs in – that takes a few seconds; no message is lost.

**Can we pay by card on the website?**

Not yet: the paid plan is arranged through the request form. We reply within one business day.
